Shipping, Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

At Zhopit, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping, Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures and your rights regarding Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and order cancellations made through our platform www.zhopit.com.

1. Shipping

                Once the order has been confirmed, it is sent to the seller or dispatch section with in 2 hours. The order can be shipped on the same day or maximum 3 working days from the ordering date. The parcel can reach the customer in 2-7 working days.  The status of the orders can be viewed in Account dashboard–> orders menu. Once the order is delivered and closed, the customer can download the invoice from the same menu.

2.Return

we have a very strict return policy so our customers can get  speedy remedy and sellers doesn’t get affected by returns. We accept returns for Defective, Damaged and wrongly delivered Products in all categories. For Returns unboxing video is a must one. We request all our customers to capture a video while unpacking/ unboxing the product after delivery. The video should cover the packing slip first, which contains the address and order details, then 360 degree of the package, after that package should be opened and  the product can be inspected for any Defect, Damage, wrong and missing (if multiple products were ordered)product.

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Return requests can be initiated through your Account Dashboard Order page.

3. Return Process

For Returns, contact out support team at the mail address or phone number given below. Our team will contact and guide you through the return process. After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund

If return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on the situation. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective or wrongly delivered.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact out support team at the mail address or phone number given below. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may return immediately after delivery to the delivery person, package unopened. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspicious activity.

6. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges within 2 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are only allowed for size or color variants of the same product, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, contact out support team at the mail address or phone number given below. Our team will contact and guide you through the Exchange process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as ‘Non-returnable’ on the product page. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products.
